Thailand’s Ministry of Public Health said that it had discovered one new coronavirus case in the past 24 hours.
The new case was a Thai returning from abroad and in state quarantine.
The new discovery brings the total number of infected patients in the country to 3,077 patients.
There were no new fatalities with the death toll still at 57.
Sixteen more patients have recovered from the virus bringing the total number of discharged patients to 2,961.
Fifty-nine patients remain in hospital.
