A BTS breakdown on Tuesday morning saw commuters packed together despite the need for social distancing measures.
It is one of several images being shared on the internet showing Thais grouped together in closed proximity.
One image [this one from last week] shows rows of Thais queuing up in close proximity for a flight.
Another video from Sunday purportedly shows Thais fighting with one another over boxes of LEO after the lifting of the alcohol ban.

The government’s decision to ease lockdown measures is understandable and argued in some quarters as being necessary.
But it will not work if broken public utilities are the reason for cramped quarters and tight fits, it will also not work if businesses don’t take social distancing measures seriously, it will also not work if Thais show little personal responsibility.
A second wave seems imminent unless this is rectified.
